2011 Eureka! Leadership Institute

The Eureka! Leadership Institute is an intensive week-long leadership training event. The mission of the Eureka! Leadership Institute is to develop future leaders for California libraries and for the library profession, to help California library staff become leaders in the communities they serve, and to promote the profession as a force for positive change in society.

The 2011 Eureka! Leadership Institute took place September 21-26, 2011 in San Jose, CA at the Dolce Hayes Mansion.

The 2011 mentors are: returning -- Jose Aponte, San Diego County; Rosario Garza, SCLC; Rivkah Sass, Sacramento Public; Patty Wong, Yolo County; new -- Robert Karatsu, Rancho Cucamonga; Mary Ann Laun, Pasadena City College; Paymaneh Maghsoudi, Whittier Public Library; Karen Bosch Cobb, Fresno County Library (retired). Stacey Aldrich will once again be the "uber mentor."
